This project involved the demolition and strip out of a single-storey existing primary school to make ready for a full refurbishment.

This project comprised removal of :

• All fixtures, fittings and sanitary ware
• All internal walls and doors
• All ceilings and floor coverings
• All steelwork
• All internal and external windows
• Temporary Propping as appropriate during works

To leave 3 empty expanses ready for refurbishment

The school remained in operation throughout the works and appropriate additional risk assessments and precautions and methods of working had to be put into place.
