This project involves the complete demolition of a church and adjoining minsters house. It included the removal of all superstructure/sub-structure, removal of waste from site and making good on removal.
This project comprised:
- Demolition of a 2-storey, 3-bedroom dwelling
- Demolition of adjoining single storey church
- Demolition of adjoining single storey church hall (incl breaking out existing slab and grubbing up foundations
- Demolition parts of structure of additional building to rear of church, including concrete roof internal masonry walls, upper stairs and cutting back slab to receive new extension
- Removal from site of all debris
Due to its location and extremely restricted site working space, particular care was taken to create a robust and adaptable Health and Safety plan to ensure the continued safety of all who were affected by the works.
